This photo is taken when I was at Bandar Tasik Selatan KTM station, after coming back from Time Square. I managed to get a good shot of the beam. Just it was just lucky timing. Anyway, I did not see any Batman sign in the sky. No other signs were found in the sky in fact. Guess that was not a call for any superhero.
Superheroes have things to inform them about dangers. Batman has Gotham’s beam, Superman has his long hearing sharp voices of people calling for help and Spiderman has his spider sense. Am I right for that? Alright, guess it is time for me to stop crapping now. Next month will be a busy month for me, as I will be having final exams and also in search for my new house for next semester…….
Once again, I went to the jungle after hearing that a dead rat was found in a house. Once I arrived, there was really a dead rat, with little drips of blood on the floor. The house tenants claimed that the rat was bitten by a cat. One of the tenant heard the sound of a cat and in the house and noises. After snapping the photos, it was time for the young little friend to go.
The dead rat, dead with the eyes still open.
After a few days, there was another rat found, but this time it was alive and was hiding in one of the tenant’s rooms. They set up a trap for the rat and it was caught. Douglas, one of the house tenants, fed the rat with some biscuits, and let him off late in the day, near a river.
The rat was helpless in the trap, as there was no way out until it was released. The rat seemed quite cute to me, although it is quite dirty.
This was the tenant who had his room invaded by the captured rat.
The picture was edited to reduce partial nuditiy.
They house tenants told me that they have numerous rat encounters in the house, and they have become their friends, as they never harm them. The best part was, they call them “Kawan“, which is a Malay term for friends, but not Stuart Little though. Well, I guess the Stuart Little here is black, instead of white. Anyway, I wished them good luck with the rats as I left the house, in search for another case to investigate.
The newspaper stated that there are 6 reported stroke cases every hour in Malaysia. Hmm, this seems serious. This means that there will be 52,560 people who will suffer from stroke in a year. The statistics shows that you or me can even be the 1 out of 52,560 victims yearly. This is really scary.
Anyway, what caused all this in Malaysia. I would say one of the most popular reason is the food. Mamak every week by most Malaysians, Roti Canai as breakfast, fast food like McDonalds and KFC eaten when shopping. Malaysia’s food is no doubt delicious and mouth watering, but it can causes stroke. Knowing that my body health is already quite bad and the statistics is serious, I really ought to keep watch of my diet……
Yesterday, the Investigate Edition (EDISI SIASAT - a Malaysian show) team went to the jungle of semenyih and found fire in one of the areas. Me, an undercover spy went to blend in with the crowd and went to find for more details on what it seemed like a Barbecue. With much preparation and my beloved camera phone, I joined the event, hoping to get a great story out of those who were involved.
The first person I saw, the man who started the fire for the barbecue. That explains why there was fire in the middle of Semenyih. They call him the King Scout.
Their security man, checking the laptop to see whether any police was coming to intrude the barbecue event. I had tried to peep at what he was watching and he claimed that it was not porn.
This was the master chef, all the way from USA. He was teaching the people in Semenyih new recipes I guess. Everyone event needs a good cook isn’t it?
Two females attended the event. The one with the covered face, is known to be lucky, as she won 2 lucky draw prizes. Both of them - A Desperate Housewives fan.
Another female spotted in the secluded area. She is what they call a Doraemon fan, as she had a lot of Doraemon stuff. Besides that, her nickname includes Akun and Broga Drift Queen.
Ah, another chef spotted. Thank God he was poking the chicken with the stick, but not other stuffs.
Female agian. It seemed that this is a Selangor State Swimmer and she beat the guys in her university in swimming.
Poor animals on the barbecue pit. There was lamb, fish balls, chicken, fish, sausages, and the weird one, a brinjal.
They were kind enough to give me a group photo of theirs, before I left. Note: There was one male in the photo which I forgot to take, which is the black shirt guy with the peace sign. They call him Mr.Cheese, but I just prefer to call him Encik Keju.
It was a great experience to know them all from the event. This wraps up the first episode of Investigation Edition. I consider themselves clean, as in not violating Jabatan Alam Sekitar with the fire event. Episode 2 awaits…..
The Virginia Tech Massacre was really scary when you think about it. First of all, I want to send my condolences to all the families of the victims.
The tragedy shocked quite a number of people, I would say, as it is the worst shootout in US history. After hearing about the tragedy by my parents, my chances of going to Work and Travel USA next time will be event lesser. But anyway, the tragedy is really a sad one and there were not many things about the shooter, on why did he do it.
I did some surfing through the next, trying to keep up to date with the event. The website here has the two plays which was written by the shooter in class, and his plays really shocked his classmates and lecturers. The first play, Richard McBeef is really scary, but the other Mr. Brownstone was not that violent.
I really pity everyone the victims and also the families of the victims. I found this video in YouTube and it is really nice.
This post is written in Notepad by me on my laptop when I did not have any internet connection.
I seem to have trouble sleeping just now, as I slept once I reached home at around 10 in the night. Woke up around 1 in the morning and tried to go back to sleep, but I just ended up turning around my bed here and there. Probably a lot of thing suddenly struck at my mind and I do not seem to be able to go to sleep. I was awake since 2.00 AM. So here I am now, 6.42AM still awake since I last slept. I watched Stranger Than Fiction just now. Although it is not a comedy movie, which I thought it would be, I truly enjoyed it, especially words used by the author to write her book.
Anyway, I am also staying up, not really staying up though as it is because I could not go back to sleep, to type an E-mail and to do my MacroEconomics Assignment and World Economy Assignment. Norah Jones’s song is also playing next to me, to keep me comfort, and I can hear birds chirping, which is not part of the song. The sky looks like bluish purple to me, through a curtain and a glass panel.
And yes, I am blogging from my house, by typing into the notepad and save it so that I can upload it later as I am inspire at 6 in the morning to start writing…..
I went to PC Fair on Friday with Sean, Sze Wei, Dennis, Jian Yea, Chong and Gan. Quite a tiring outing though and I took 3 hours to reach back to my place due to technical problem experienced by KTM. Before I went, I have 2 things which I have targeted - 4GB pendrive and 120GB external 2.5 inch harddisk. Had a problem searching for 4GB Kingston pendrive as only 2 shops were selling them, because many of them decided to keep the pendrive as they predicted the prices will go up. At last I do get what I wanted and it was quite satisfied. That was my first PC Fair in KL. Anyway, the pictures will speak….
From left to right: Dennis, Sze Wei (PK) and Chong.
Speaker section.
SONIC GEAR Products.
Samsung cool TV. Gears of War is being played on it.
Asus’s Lamborghini laptop. It was valued at more than RM 10,000. Nice.
Damn KTM, they had to fix something, which caused a havoc.
Got what I wanted. 4GB pendrive and got 2 Kingston free gifts.
This is my external harddisk casing.
This is how it looks like. The harddisk is already inside. Yeah 120 GB ! Rock…
There was a Raffles Draw (Lucky Draw) at my university yesterday. A lot of people turned in hoping to win prizes. One ticket costed RM 1.00. I only bought one actually, just to try my luck to see how lucky am I . There are people who buy up to 50 tickets. Scary shit.
Anyway, everyone was hoping to win and obviously I did not win anything. The organisers (Student Association Committee) were happy to see the number of tickets which they sold. I guess everyone were happy. My friend, Tan Su Lyn bought just 5 tickets and she won 2 prizes - a handphone and a RM 50.00 voucher.
Lucky…….
Haha. Pictures of few of my friends during the draw….
